Before releasing the application to the general public, we carried out a study on 3 groups of volunteers (300+ people) with different weight loss objectives to assess the impact on the different goals.
Additionally, we assessed the impact of regularity and the use of both the main and booster sessions on the effectiveness of the programs.
According to the results, listening to the main Kure sessions every night and practicing the booster sessions increases the chances of reaching your goal by 700%. Using Kure every night without using the boosters increases the chances of success by 300%. And using Kure every other evening without the boosters increases the chances of success by 110%.
