If you’ve forgotten your password, don’t worry—you can reset it in just a few steps:
1. Open the Kure app (log out first if you’re currently signed in).
2. Tap “Log in: I've done the quiz”, then select “Reset password” (this allows you to create a new password) or “Email me a sign-in link“ (a link will be sent to your inbox, which will allow you to log in immediately upon clicking the link on your smartphone).
3. Enter your registered email address and submit.
4. Check your inbox for the reset email, then click the link provided to update your password or log in.
Once your password is updated, you can log back into Kure using your new credentials.
Tip: The password field is case-sensitive, so be sure to enter uppercase and lowercase letters exactly as you set them.
