We suggest performing each exercise for 1 minute, with up to a 30-second rest time in between the sets.
You may initially start doing a workout 3 times a week. There are around 20 exercises in one workout, so you should take around 25 minutes to complete them.
After some time, once you see that it is easy to complete a workout fully, you can do an additional repetition for each exercise.
If you feel uncomfortable at any point we would suggest decreasing the frequency or trying another workout program. Of course, it is best to consult with your doctor or general practitioner before beginning any workout regimen.
